Well, I did it again! I fell coming into work after lunch. This time there were no steps involved but unfortunately, my left knee took most of the fall. Here it is nice and bruised. The irony of the whole thing in that I had just gotten done talking to someone about how my knees still hurt from the last fall over a month ago. This time I hit a patch of ice and lost it. It hurts, but is numb to the touch. I have a feeling I will be seeing a doctor pretty soon over this one!
